In today's hyper-connected world, it's nearly impossible to escape the allure of social media platforms. Screen Time and Sleep Disturbances: Excessive screen time, especially before bedtime, can disrupt our sleep patterns. The blue light emitted from screens can interfere with the production of melatonin, a hormone crucial for good sleep.


Validation-Seeking Behavior: The quest for likes, comments, and validation on social media can become addictive. Relying on external validation for self-worth can take a toll on our mental health.
